A COMPREHENSIVE INITIATIVE

All Skills4Jobs programs include:

  • Self assessment of employers’ needs in occupations and skills
  • Design of a training program in cooperation with enterprises’ executives
  • Training participants through fast-paced, tailor-made programs to develop the technical and soft skills, identified by prospective employers. Hands-on training which includes business visits, presentations, mini projects, etc..
  • Counselling on CV and LinkedIn
  • Employment opportunities in enterprises – members of SEV or other participating business associations

Selection of beneficiaries

Skills4Jobs program is designed to provide participating        companies added value and agility. After they suggest the    field of training, they can participate through their HR           departments in the selection of beneficiaries. SEV focusses on attracting talent, disseminating information and the           logistics of the recruiting phase as well. SEV’s members, at    no further cost, assess and choose candidates that would best suit their needs.

Employment matchmaking

At the recruitment phase, after the successful completion of the training courses, 6-month contracts are awarded in           participating companies. An online platform has been           created for the selection process, supported by SEV’s               Human Capital Affairs team.
